Overview
Open to individuals qualified at Level 4 or above, the programme provides an opportunity to accelerate career development without the need for prior CIH qualifications, making it an excellent choice for experienced practitioners looking to expand their expertise and influence within the housing sector.
The Level 4 Apprenticeship costs up to £1900 per learner.
This course can be supported through Levy Funding:
- £9000 per learner
- Employers who do not use levy funding contribute £450 per learner, with the remaining cost funded through apprenticeship funding arrangements.
The price also includes the CIH Level 4 Certificate at no additional cost.
12-month programme combining structured learning and workplace application.
Final phase focused on written assignments for each unit. No exams.
Monthly delivery aligned to defined units (housing, regulation, finance, leadership with tutor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and written assignment at the end end of each unit.
