Our Level 4 Housing Programme is designed for housing professionals to meet the new mandatory legislative requirements coming into effect in October 2026 and comply with competence and conduct standards.
Via invoice. One in voice is cleared, leaers will receive a code to access the course.
15-month programme combining structured learning and workplace application.
Final phase focused on EPA preparation and readiness and includes project report, presentation, and professional discussion.
Monthly delivery aligned to defined units (housing, regulation, finance, leadership with tutor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and guided research/assignments.
