The Life Sciences 2035 report has shown that a further 145,000 employees need to enter STEMM over the next decade. There has never been a more pertinent time to think about future talent and bridging the skills gap.
That's why our range of science apprenticeship programmes is designed to equip your business with a pipeline of dedicated and highly competent professionals. A key advantage is that these programmes are fully funded, making it easier than ever to invest in your team's growth without the typical financial burden.
We're also proud to be delivering the largest Life Sciences Skills Bootcamp across England. This initiative allows employers like you to access pre-trained talent who are ready to hit the ground running, bringing foundational knowledge and enthusiasm directly to your setting.
Beyond the training, there are significant benefits for your business:
Reduce employment costs: No National Insurance contributions for apprentices under 25!
Competitive apprentice wage: Apprentices can be paid the Apprentice National Minimum Wage.
Cash incentives: Available for hiring 16-18-year-old apprentices.
Access to a talent pool: We have an amazing talent pool of candidates committed to working in Life Sciences.
Hundreds of employers across England (including 70 NHS trusts) have partnered with us, and they consistently find that apprenticeships deliver significant benefits across the board.
